(or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3214-23, BUFFALO WILD WINGS PROPERTY LOCATION: 20 CITY BOULEVARD WEST, SUITE 901A, ORANGE, CA (APN: 231-131- 41) REQUEST: A request to serve beer, wine, and distilled spirits for on-site consumption in association with a Buffalo Wild Wings expansion, located at 20 City Boulevard West, Suite 901A and finding of CEQA exemption (Conditional Use Permit No. 3214-23). ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the project consists of licensing the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for on-site consumption at an existing restaurant within a commercial center. The existing restaurant currently maintains the same ABC license type and is expanding into an existing retail tenant space.
