PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A proposal to construct a new 1,850 square foot two-story
single-family dwelling
DATE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR ACTION:
On or around April 17, 2024, the Community Development Director will consider
Administrative Design Review No. 0224-23 - Maldini Residence.
RIGHT OF APPEAL:
Any action taken by the Community Development Director in the administration or
enforcement of the provisions of the Orange Municipal Code may be appealed by any person
aggrieved, or by an officer, commission, or department of the City. Such appeals may be
made to the Planning Commission. Any appeal shall be filed within fifteen (15) calendar days
after the hearing or action from which the appeal is made.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:
This project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Section 15303 (Class 3 – New Construction or Conversion of
Small Structures), because the project consists of construction of a new single-family
residence in a residential zone.
