The Design Review Committee of the City of Orange, California convened on November 15,
2023, al 5:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California.
,1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Chair McDermott called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m

Chair McDermott led the flag salute

Present: Skorpanich, Fox, lmboden, Farfan, Grosse, and McDermott
Absent: Ledesma
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
3. CONSENTCALENDAR

All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the
Design Review Committee and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no
separate discussion of said items unless members of the Design Review Committee,
staff or the public request specific items removed from the Consent Calendar for
separate action.
Approval of minutes of the City of Orange Design Revaew Committee Regular
Meeting held on November 1,2023.
ACTION: Approved minutes as presented
Approval of the Consent Calendar
A motion was made by Committee Member Fox, seconded by Committee
Grosse, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. The motion carried
following vote:

4. NEW BUSINESS

Preliminary desagn review for exterior and interior modifications to an existing
two€tory office building and other site improvements to accommodate a medical
office use at 171 S. Anita Drive, Turner Healthcare Facility (Design Review No.
s127 -231
The Design Review Committee provided the applicant with preliminary comments and
feedback on the proposed project before returning for a formal public hearing.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
The next Regular Design Review Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday,
December 6, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber.
