1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Chair McDerrnott called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

3. CONSENTCALENDAR
All matters !isted under the consent calendar are considered to be routine by the
Design Review committee and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no
separale discussion of said items unless members of the Design Review committee,
staff or the public request speciflc items removed from the consent calendar for
separate action.
3.1' Approval of minutes of the city of orange Design Review committee Regulal
Meetings held on June 7, 2023, June 21,2023, July 5, A023, and July tg, ZOZ3.
Approval of the Consent Calendar
A motion was made by Committee Member lmboden, seconded by Committee
Member Grosse, to approve the consent calendar as presented. The motion carried
by the following vote:
Ayes: Skorpanich, lmboden, Farfan, Grosse, Ledesma, and McDermottNoes: None
