CHAPMAN AVENUE (APN: 386-462-25) REQUEST: A proposal to operate Cedarhouse, a 501(c)3 Ministry and Coffeehouse from an existing commercial property in the Old Towne Mixed Use -15S (SP) (OTMU-15S(SP)) zoning district. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the request consists of a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a religious institution in an existing private structure.
