REQUEST: A request to obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Type 20 License
(Off-Sale Beer and Wine), the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption
in conjunction with the sale of motor fuel for an existing convenience store
and gas station at 830 E. Katella Avenue.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guideline
Section 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the project consists of
licensing the sale of alcoholic beverages at a convenience store and results
in negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the
City’s determination. No public review is required for a categorical
exemption.
