NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WATER and SEWER RATES ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a
public hearing,Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the
matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber, located at 300 E. Chapman Avenue,
Orange, CA, to consider proposed rate increases to the City’s water and sewer rates and
charges. If approved by City Council, the proposed rate increases will be effective for
services provided on or after April 1, 2023.
All interested persons and/or property owners in the City may appear and be heard on any
relevant matter relating to the proposed increases.
