REQUEST:A request to install a new wireless communication facility co-located on an
existing non-stealth 81-foot monopole consisting of three (3) panel antennas,
six (6) remote radio units, one (1) over voltage protection device, and
associated electrical equipment screened at the base of the monopole
located at the St. John Maron Maronite Catholic Church parking lot.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines
15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the project involves alterations
to an existing wireless communication facility involving negligible or no
expansion of the existing use. There is no environmental public review or
notice required for a categorical exemption.
