CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on November 15, 2022, the following Public Hearing was
continued to a date uncertain:
8.1 Public Hearing to consider Conditional Use Permit No. 3154-21, Design
Review No. 5060-21, and Minor Site Plan Review No. 1074, and Zone
Change No. 1305-21 for a new express car wash facility and associated
vacuum canopies located at 1325 West Katella Avenue, and finding that
the Zone Change was already considered in the scope of the City of
Orange General Plan Program EIR, and the project is exempt from CEQA.
