(or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT:DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5099-22 – TACO ADOBE – TENANT IMPROVEMENT AND REAR ADDITION PROPERTY LOCATION:121 N. Lemon Street (APN: 039-173-09; 039-173-11) REQUEST:A proposal to demolish a portion of a non-contributing 218 square foot non-historic rear addition of a historic Pueblo Revival Style home and the addition of a proposed 356 square feet to the rear of the house that includes a living room and a master suite. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION:The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guideline 15301 (Class 1 - Existing Facilities), because it consists of an addition of less than 10,000 square feet to a commercial property, in conformance with allowable development in the General Plan and in an area where public facilities and services are available. No public review period is required.
