Katella Ave. NOTICE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR ACTION TO: All Interested Parties PROJECT TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE DESIGN REVIEW NO. 0201-22 PROJECT PROPONENT: PITFIRE PIZZA PROJECT LOCATION: 1623 W. KATELLA AVENUE, SUITE 102, STADIUM PROMENADE PROJECT DESCRIPTION: EXPANSION OF EXISTING OUTDOOR DINING PATIO FOR A PROPOSED RESTAURANT. DATE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR ACTION: On or about November 14, 2022 the Interim Community Development Director will make a determination for Administrative Design Review No. 0201-22. RIGHT OF APPEAL: Any action taken by the Community Development Director in the administration or enforcement of the provisions of the Orange Municipal Code may be appealed by any person aggrieved, or by an officer, commission or department of the City. Such appeals may be made to the Planning Commission. Any appeal shall be filed within fifteen (15) calendar days after the hearing or action from which the appeal is made. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: This project is statutorily exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Section 15268 – Ministerial Projects, as the application of administrative design review is considered a ministerial rather than a discretionary review process.
