The Traffic Commission of the City of Orange, California convened on May 11, 2022, at 5:30
p.m. in a Special Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,
California.
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Chair Bell called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
1.1 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Ricci led the flag salute.
1.2 ROLL CALL
Present: Feliz, Dick, Ricci, and Beil
Absent: Vaughan
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Heather Carr raised concerns about parking on Palm Avenue and connecting
neighborhoods.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1. Approval of meeting minutes of the Traffic Commission of the City of Orange for the
March 09, 2022, Regular Meeting.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Dick, seconded by Vice Chair Feliz, to
approve the Consent Calendar as presented. The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Feliz, Dick, Ricci, and Beil
Noes: None
Absent: Vaughan
4. CONSIDERATION ITEMS
4.1. Request to implement permit parking on both sides of Citrus Street between Sycamore
and Walnut Avenues

A motion was made by Commissioner Ricci, seconded by Vice Chair Feliz, to approve
the request, and forward to City Council for final approval. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Ayes: Feliz, Dick, Ricci, and Beil
Noes: None
Absent: Vaughan
5. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
None.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
The next Regular City Traffic Commission Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 8,
2022, at 5:30 p.m , in the Council Chamber.
