1. OPENING
The Zoning Administrator of the City of Orange, California convened on August 10,
2022, at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman
Avenue, Orange, California
1.1 CALL TO ORDER
The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
1.2 PUBLIC COMMENTS
None
2. NEW AGENDA ITEMS
2.1 Variance No. 2256-22 – Marina Landscape Inc., 3707 W. Garden Grove
Boulevard - A proposal for the installation of a wrought iron fence exceeding the
maximum allowed height of 42 inches within the front yard setback area.
The Zoning Administrator opened the public comment.
The applicants were available to answer questions.
The Zoning Administrator closed the public comment.
The Zoning Administrator asked about similar fencing in the surrounding urban
mixed-use area.
The Zoning Administrator rendered a decision to approve Variance No. 2256-22
subject to the Conditions of Approval.
