PROPERTY 1325 WEST KATELLA AVENUE,
LOCATION: ORANGE, CA
REQUEST: A request to demolish an existing restaurant at a 1.109 acre lot and to
construct a new 13,860 square foot automatic carwash facility and
associated vacuum areas. As part of the project, a Zone Change is
requested from the existing zoning designation of Commercial Recreation

previously approved General Plan and is adequately described in the
previously certified General Plan Program EIR for the purposes of CEQA.
