(or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT:CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3182-22, CORE BURGER GRILL PROPERTY 1610 E. CHAPMAN AVENUE, LOCATION:ORANGE, CA REQUEST:A request for a new State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license Type 40 (On-Sale Beer and Wine) to allow the sale of beer and wine within a proposed restaurant. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION:The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the request consists of licensing the sale of beer and wine within a proposed restaurant and results in no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the City’s determination.
