A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE SETTING THE DAY AND TIME
OF MEETINGS OF THE INVESTMENT AND AUDIT
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the day and time for the regular meetings of
the Investment and Audit Committee.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange as
follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby rescinds any prior Resolution establishing the day
and time of meetings of the Investment and Audit Committee or any precursor thereto.
Section 2. The Investment and Audit Committee shall meet in regular session on the
fourth Wednesday of January,April,July, and October and shall convene at the hour of 3:00 p.m.,
except when such meeting date is a legal holiday observed by the City. If any regular meeting
date should fall on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the following Thursday at the hour of
3:00 p.m. A special meeting may be called by the chair or a majority of the members of the
Investment and Audit Committee.
Section 3. Be it further resolved that this Resolution shall become operative
immediately.
