NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 86-2 (SANTIAGO HILLS)
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 15-1 (SANTIAGO HILLS OVERLAY)
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 94-1 (SYCAMORE CROSSING)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The hearing will be
held at the City of Orange Council Chamber, located at 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California
for:
Santiago Hills – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of assessments for
Fiscal Year 2022-23: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11390 adopted by the City
Council on May 10, 2022;
Santiago Hills Overlay – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2022-23: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11390 adopted
by the City Council on May 10, 2022;
Sycamore Crossing – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of assessments
for Fiscal Year 2022-23: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11391 adopted by the City
Council on May 10, 2022;
Any persons who wish to object to the proceedings should file a written protest with the City Clerk prior
to the time set for the public hearings.
