1. OPENING
The Zoning Administrator of the City of Orange, California held a public hearing on
April 27, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E.
Chapman Avenue, Orange, California
1.1 CALL TO ORDER
Zoning Administrator (ZA) Christopher Cash called the meeting to order at 3:00
p.m.
1.2 PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
2. NEW AGENDA ITEM
2.1 Variance No. 2253-21 – Orange Healthcare & Wellness Centre, 920 W. La Veta
Avenue
A proposal for the installation of a wrought iron fence exceeding the
maximum allowed height of 42 inches within the front yard setback area.
The ZA opened the public comment.
Tino Almaraz, architect, spoke about the project.
The ZA closed the public comment.
The ZA had a question for staff about the fence location.
The ZA rendered a decision to approve Variance No. 2253-21 subject to conditions
of approval as presented by staff.
