A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 9640 AND SETTING THE DATE AND TIME OF

MEETINGS OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the day and time for the regular meetings of
the Traffic Commission.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange as
follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby rescinds any prior resolution establishing the date
and time of the Traffic Commission, including but not limited to Resolution No. 9640.
Section 2. The Traffic Commission shall meet in regular session on the second
Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October, and December and shall convene at the
hour of 5:30 p.m., except where such meeting date is a legal holiday observed by the City. If any
regular meeting date should fall on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the following Thursday
at the hour of 5:30 p.m.A special meeting may be called by the chair or a majority of the members
of the Traffic Commission.
Section 3. Be it further resolved that this Resolution shall become operative
immediately.
ADOPTED this 12th day of April 2022.
