DATE: WEDNESDAY, May 4, 2022 TIME: 5:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5064-22 – SILVA RESIDENCE ADDITION PROPERTY LOCATION: 805 S. Oakwood Street REQUEST: A proposal to construct a 270 square foot addition to the rear of a single-family residence. The property is a contributing historic resource to the Eichler Fairhaven Historic District. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 31 – Historical Resource Rehabilitation) because the project consists of addition to the rear of a historic building in a manner compliant with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
