(or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: MAJOR SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 1050-21, DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5044- 21, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW NO. 1877-21 – CHOC ASSOCIATED GARAGE HORIZONTAL EXPANSION PROPERTY 525 S. MAIN STREET, ORANGE, CA LOCATION REQUEST: A request to construct a horizontal parking expansion of CHOC's existing 9-story associate parking garage, that will match the existing parking garage aesthetic and functionality, to accommodate a maximum of 630 parking stalls. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION The environmental impacts of the project and its project alternatives were evaluated through Environmental Review No. 1805-08 (Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) State Clearinghouse No. 2008081118), which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15070 et seq. and in conformance with the Local CEQA Guidelines..
