1. OPENING
The CDBG Program Committee of the City of Orange, California convened on April 20,
2021, at 6:00 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Weimer Room, 300 E. Chapman
Avenue, Orange, California; and various teleconference locations.
Chair Mickelson-Weilmuenster called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of meeting minutes of the CDBG Program Committee of the
City of Orange for the March 3, 2021 Regular Meeting.
A motion was made by Committee Member [vlanning, seconded by Committee Member
Perez, to approve the March 3, 2021, minutes as presented. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Ayes: Mickelson-Weilmuenster, Manning , Perez, and Rico
Noes: None
Absent: None
FY 2021-2022 DRAFT FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CITY
COUNCIL
Suzan Ehdaie spoke briefly about the funding recommendations and referred to her
presentation that was given at the March 3, 2021 CDBG Program Meeting. She also
stated that there have been no changes to the recommendations since that meeting.
Chair Mickelson-Weilmuenster opened the public comments; there being

A motion was made by Committee Member Rico, seconded by Committee Member
Manning, to recommend the FY 2021-22 Draft Funding Recommendations to the City
Council for approval. The motion carried by the following vote:
