The Traffic Commission of the City of Orange, California convened on February 09, 2022, at
5:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,

Chair Beil called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
1.1 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Ricci led the flag salute.

Present: Beil, Feliz, Vaughan, and Ricci
Absent: Dick
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1. Approval of ineeting minutes of the Traffic Commission of the City of Orange for the
December 08, 2021, Regular Meeting.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Vaughan, seconded by Vice Chair
Feliz, to approve the Consent Calender as presented.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Beil, Feliz, Vaughan, and Ricci
Noes: None
Absent: Dick
4. CONSIDERATION ITEMS
4.1. Request for permit parking on the south side of Collins Avenue from Hart Street to
2842 Collins Avenue.

Approve the request; and forward to City Council for Approval.

None.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
The next Regular City Traffic Commission Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March
09, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber.
