The Traffic Commission of the City of Orange, California convened on December 08,
2021, at 5:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman
Avenue, Orange, California.
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Chair Beil called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.
1.1 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Ricci led the flag salute.

Present: Feliz, Vauqhan, Ricci, and Beil
Absent: Dick
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1. Approval of ineeting minutes of the Traffic Commission of the City of Orange for the
October 14, 2021, Special Meeting.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Vaughan, seconded by Vice Chair
Feliz, to approve the Consent Calender as presented.
The motion carried by the following vote
Aves: Feliz, Vauqhan, Ricci, and Beil
Noes: None
Absent: Dick
4. CONSIDERATION ITEMS
4.1. Request for permit parking on Wayfield Street between Orange Grove and Madison
avenues. �
Chair Beil opened the public comments:
None.
A motion was made by Commissioner Vaughan, Seconded by Vice Chair Feliz to:
1. Amend the previously approved Permit Parking Area "W" to include the segment of

Wayfield Street between Orange Grove Avenue and the southerly property lines of
550/555 Wayfield Street.
2. Forward to the City Council for final approval.
The motion carried by the following vote:

6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
