NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
EXTENSION OF INTERIM ORDINANCE NO. 18-21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public hearing,
Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City
of Orange Council Chamber, 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA, to consider extension of interim
Ordinance No. 18-21 implementing ministerial standards applicable to lot splits in single -family
residential zones allowed pursuant to SB 9, and implementing ministerial standards applicable to the
location, access, size and setback of second dwelling units in single-family residential zones allowed
pursuant to SB 9, and revising definitions to clarify said development standards.
All interested persons may appear and be heard or submit comments on any relevant matter relating to
the proposed Ordinance extension by mail, email, voicemail or in person, as set forth in the January 11,
2022, City Council agenda.
