NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REDISTRICTING OF CITY COUNCIL ELECTION DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will conduct a public hearing
per Elections Code Section 21607.1, at a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 6:00
p.m., with the public hearing being held at 7:00 p.m. or as reasonably practical thereafter, at Orange
City Hall in the City Council Chamber located at 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92866, to
review and discuss all draft maps submitted by the public or created by the demographic consultant to
date.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and express their views and comments relating
to this matter. Written comments may be filed with the City Clerk by emailing
ccpubliccomment@cityoforange.org or by mailing correspondence to 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,
CA 92866.
Please contact the City Manager’s Office at (714) 744-2222 if live translation in an applicable language
is needed for this hearing or if a reasonable accommodation in accordance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act is needed. Notification 72 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make
reasonable arrangements.
If you challenge this action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City

CONCEJO MUNICIPAL
POR LA PRESENTE SE DA AVISO de que el Concejo Municipal de la Ciudad de Orange llevará a
cabo una audiencia pública de acuerdo con la Sección 21607.1 del Código Electoral, en una reunión
regular el martes 14 de diciembre de 2021 a las 6:00 p.m., y la audiencia pública se llevará a cabo
a las 7:00 p.m. o según sea razonablemente práctico a partir de entonces, en la Cámara del Concejo
ubicada en 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92866, para revisar y discutir todos los borradores
de mapas presentados por el público o creados por el consultor demográfico hasta la fecha.
Se invita a todas las personas interesadas a asistir a dicha audiencia y expresar sus puntos de vista y
