Public Hearing: 3:00 p.m.
Zoning Administrator (ZA) Pete Goodrich called the Public Hearing to order at 3:00 p.m. and
reviewed meeting procedures.
NEW ITEMS:
(1) Conditional Use Permit No. 3063-18 – Selman Residence
A request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 653-sq. ft. single-story detached
habitable accessory structure with interior plumbing on an existing single-family
residential property.

Vidal Marquez, Assistant Planner, presented a project overview consistent with the Zoning
Administrator Staff Report. He explained the purview of the item today is just for the detached
accessory structure.
The applicant had nothing to add. Mr. Goodrich reviewed some of the conditions of approval. He
asked staff if any public comment had been received; Mr. Marquez responded there was no
public response to the project request.
The ZA opened the public comment portion of the meeting.
There were no speakers.
The ZA closed the public comment portion of the meeting.
The ZA rendered a decision and approved Conditional Use Permit No. 3063-18 – Selman
Residence, based on the 25 conditions listed in the Staff Report.

The ZA adjourned the Public Hearing at 3:04 p.m.
