NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REVISIONS AND ADDITIONS TO TITLE 8 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL
CODE (HEALTH AND SAFETY) RELATING TO SOLID WASTE, ORGANIC
WASTE, AND CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE DISPOSAL
REDUCTION AND ENFORCEMENT THEREOF
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public hearing,
Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City
of Orange Council Chamber, 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California, to consider adoption of
revisions and additions to the City’s Municipal Code relating to definitions, enforcement and
requirements for solid waste disposal reduction, organic waste disposal reduction, and construction and
demolition waste disposal reduction.
All interested persons may submit comments and may be heard on any relevant matter relating to the
proposed action by mail, email, voicemail or in-person, as set forth in the August 10, 2021, City Council
