PROJECT BACKGROUND The City
Traffic Engineer reported the Council and the Joint Powers Authority of
Orange/Santa Ana authorized a feasibility study to evaluate the
potential impacts of improving the following four arterial roadways:
LaVeta Ave. between SR-57 Freeway to Cambridge st.;
Glassell st. between LaVeta Ave. and Culver Ave.; Main st.between
Town & Country Rd. and Orangewood Ave.; and Chapman Ave.between
the SR-57 Fwy. and Main st.
