Mayor Beyer acknowledged the City Attorney who recommended
Council recess to a closed session to confer with its attorney
regarding pending litigation pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9, to wit: Serrano Litiqation District vs. city
of Oranqe, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 613800.

Moved to determine that
the need for action arose after the posting of the Agenda.
