8th day of May, 1991 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 300 E.
Chapman Avenue, Oranae. California.

a Special Meeting of May 8, 1991, at orange civic Center, Police Building
Lobby; and the Eisenhower Park Bulletin Board; all of
said locations being in the City of Orange and freely accessible to
members of the public at least 24 hours before commencement of
said Special meeting.ACTION: Accepted Declaration of Agenda
posting and authorized its retention as a public

The Council recessed into Executive Session at 4:55 p.m. pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(A) to confer with its Legal Counsel
regarding pending litigation which has been initiated formally and to
which the City is a party. The title of the litigation is Peralta
Hills Alliance vs. city of Oranqe, orange County Superior Court Case
No. 63 99 72.
The City Council reconvened in the Council Chambers at 4:55 p.m. The
following action was taken:
