REQUEST: A proposal to construct a 1,014 square foot, 1 ½ story addition to
a single-family residence and construction of a new two-car
garage in the Old Towne Historic District.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA
Guidelines 15301 (Class 1 - Existing Facilities) because the project
consists of modifications to an existing single-family residence,
consistent with the property’s zoning and General Plan designation.
