TRACT 14857 ("THE VISTAS")
Building elevations and landscaping plan for asingle-family residential tract;
"Southridge" Planned Community.
The board inquired as to whether any plans were prepared to address three raised medians
within the streets, at the west entry to the tract. The applicants thought that plans had been
included with those for the community recreation facility as part of Tract 14856.
Motion: to approve the architectural proposal as submitted. Landscaping plans shall
include masonry fences (rather than wood) along the front setback line at comer
lots 60, 61, 65 and 66. The staff was directed to verify whether medians in the
street were indeed landscaped.

Staff Recommendations and Requirements
• Relocate proposed water meter and irrigation main supply line located through City park
site for fuel modification slopes to fire access road located between lots 34 and 35.
• Submit final landscape and irrigation plan per Design Review Board Guidelines to DRB.
• Provide landscape notes required by the Community Services Department.
Any irrigation crossing under the roadway within the public right-of-way must be shown on
Public Works Street Improvement Plans.
