DRB #3347 (Western Union), page 4, paragraph 2, sentence 2 added as follows: The Board also noted that there are numerous existing illegal signs that are placed on the building and on the store front windows. DRB #3355_(Rosalyn Holland), paiparag_raph 2, sentences 1 through 5: added as follows: The DRB had extensive discussions with the applicant regarding the proposed use of masonite siding in lieu of wood. One of the primary concern is the exterior corner treatment detail. Traditionally, wood siding may have a mitered exterior corner that cannot be achieved with masonite siding. This often results in a compromised design such as the use of metal or wood corner trims. Although the board has provided the applicant with a distinctive detail of a corner trim treatment as an alternative design, the board strongly prefers the use of real wood siding with a mitered corner finish.
