(or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 (ZONING CODE) OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE TO UPDATE NOTICING AND POSTING REQUIREMENTS PROPERTY: Citywide REQUEST: Staff has completed a comprehensive update to the Orange Municipal Code Chapter 17.08 General Administrative Procedures, which provides a Table of procedures, permits, and hearing and a Yes or No requiring the mailing of notices, and if the type of land use application required publishing in the local newspaper, posting a notice on the project site or both. Staff is seeking a recommendation from the Planning Commission. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15305 (Class 5- Minor Alterations to Land Use Limitations).
