ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF THE 2021 EDITION OF “STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION" (GREENBOOK)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public hearing,
Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City of
Orange Council Chamber, 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California, to consider the following
matter:
SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 07-21 AMENDING ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER
12.02 TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE THE 2021 EDITION OF THE “STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION,” KNOWN AS THE
GREENBOOK
