OPENING
1.CALL TO ORDER
Chair Mickelson-Weilmuenster called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
2.ROLL CALL
Committee Member Rico joined the meeting at 6:18 p.m.

Absent:None
3.APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3.1 Approval of meeting minutes of the CDBG Program Committee of the City of
Orange for the December 2, 2020 Regular Meeting.
A motion was made by Committee Member Manning, seconded by Committee Member
Perez, to approve the December 2, 2020 minutes as submitted.
The motion carried by the following vote:

4.DISCUSSION OF FORM 700
The Committee Members discussed the Form 700 requirement. Chair
Mickelson-Weilmuenster said she would contact those members who have not yet filed
their forms.
5.FY 2021-2022 DRAFT FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS
Suzan Ehdaie, Housing Analyst, introduced the item and spoke about the allocated
amounts for CDBG and HOME funds.
The Committee Members discussed ADA funding and the need for repairs to ADA
ramps throughout the City.
Kevin Yamakawa, Public Works Associate Civil Engineer, stated that his department
will look into the ramps that the members expressed their concerns over.

A motion was made by Chair Mickelson -Weilmuenster, seconded by Committee
Member Rico, to recommend the FY 2021-2022 Draft Funding Recommendations to
the City Council as submitted.
