III. CONSIDERATION ITEMS
A. Request for the installation of an "All-Way" STOP sign at the intersection of White Oak Ridge
and Trails End Lane.

Dave Allenbach- Assistant Traffic Engineer - This intersection marginafly meets the
considerations for an "All-Way" STOP sign.
Richard Yarger, Chairman Traffic Commission- Looking over this report, and seeing what
the traffic count is. I have determined that I would like to see another traffic count done
somewhere towards the end of December when School is out so we can get a different
reading on it. Additionally, I would like to get another trafFic count, maybe in the month
of February and postpone this consideration item for another 120 days and come back
with another report since it does not meet the warrantse
Dave Allenbach-Assistant Traffic En ineer - We will proceed with your requeste
ACTON� Deny the installation of an "All-Way" STOP sign at the intersection of White Oak Ridge
and Trails End Lane at this time and postpone the final decision on this for approximately
another 120 days.

After discussion of today's Agenda items of the City, Traffic Commission was concluded, and as
there were no.further requests for action under Oral Presentations,the Chairman adjourned this
session of the City Traffic Commission at.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the City Traffic Commission will be Wednesday -
February 9, 2000.
