RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORT
OF THE ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001 AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ITS
TRANSMITTAL TO THE CONTROLLER OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Orange Redevelopment Agency (hereinafter referred to as the
Agency") was duly activated by ordinance and is carrying out its official functions pursuant to
the Connnunity Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq.); and
WHEREAS, the Agency is required to present an Aunual Report to the City Council
within six (6) months of the end of the Agency's fiscal year and the City Council is required to
review the Aunual Report and take any action which it deems appropriate; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared and transmitted to the City Council its Aunual
Report for the fiscal year commencing July I, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001, in the form
presented at this meeting and incorporated herein by reference (the "Aunual Report"), and has
requested the City Council review and approve the Aunual Report and authorize and direct the
Agency 1to file it with the Controller of the State of California within six months of the end of the
Agency's fiscal year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Orange does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The City Council acknowledges receipt of the Aunual Report and has reviewed it.
The Aunual Report for said fiscal year is hereby approved as submitted.
2. The Agency is hereby authorized and directed to file the Aunual Report with the
Controller of the State of California.
