RES-9525 Lot Line Adjustment Approval No. LL-2001-15RESOLUTION NO. 9525 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF OP~"l'GE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 2001-15 COMBINING TWO LOTS OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED AT 2000 AND 2010 NORTH TUSTIN STREET IN THE CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE,STATE OF CALIFORNIA.OWNERS: ORANGE VILLA SHOPPING CENTER LLC WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created; and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code Sections16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for the approval of said lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Deparunel1l and the Staff Review Committee have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 2001-15 and have made a finding that the real property situated at 2000 and 2010 North Tustin Street in the City of Orange, described as Parcels 1 in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and graphically depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "B", complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and all applicdL1e ~ity ::;f ~ang:c :::'.rd~r:~:r:c':,; :1~:! re:;u1=~t~':'-::~~' 1 lr~cl~..H!;~g the rl?,qlll!'etnent~ for building sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department and the Staff Review Committee have made the following findings:I. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Map Act;2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been met;3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 4.
