A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE FINALLY ACCEPTING THE
COMPLETION OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC WORK
IMPROVEMENT.
Bid No. 001-
28 Waterline Renewal for Highland Street and Adams
Avenue Steve Casada Construction
Company WHEREAS, Steve Casada Construction Co., having contract with the City of Orange
to construct the hereinafter described public work and improvement, has now completed to
the satisfaction of the City of Orange said public work improvement;
and WHEREAS, the City of Orange Public Works Department - Water Division has duly
certified to the construction and completion of said public improvement hereinafter mentioned in
a manner satisfaction to the City of Orange; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said contractor has completed said public
improvement hereinafter more particularly described in accordance with the provisions of the
contract and the contract documents, and that a Notice of Completion and Acceptance of said
public work and improvement should be filed and payment of the balance due said contractor
authorized in accordance with contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange
that said public work and improvement be, and the same is hereby accepted, Said public work
and improvement is more particularly described as follows:
Waterline Renewal for Highland Street & Adams Avenue
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Orange is hereby authorized to execute and file a Notice of Completion and Acceptance of said
public work and improvement described herein as required by law.
