A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AGREEING TO A
REDISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY TAXES FOR
REORGANIZATION NO. RO-00-

MUSKOKA DEVELOPMENT.WHEREAS, Muskoka Development has requested annexation of their
property, located on the west side of Meads Ave" approximately 400' south of Santiago Canyon Road;
from the County of Orange to the City of
Orange; and WHEREAS, Section 99(c) of the Revenue and Taxation Code requires
affected agencies involved in any jurisdictional change to agree to a property tax redistribution prior
to completion of the
change; and WHEREAS, The City of Orange and the County of Orange have agreed to
a Master Property Tax Agreement establishing a formula for said
redistribution; and WHEREAS, Reorganization No, RO 00-10, Muskoka Development
meets the criteria for an inhabited Annexation as described in the Master Property
Tax Transfer Agreement.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Orange does hereby agree to a redistribution of property tax for Reorganization No,
RO 00-10, Muskoka Development pursuant to the developed provisions of the
Master
Property Tax Transfer Agreement.ADOPTED this 24th
