A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AUTHORIZING PUBLIC
WORKS DIRECTOR/CITY ENGINEER OR
DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE RIGHT-
OF-
WAY CERTIFICATIONS.WHEREAS, Capital Improvement Projects which are funded with
Federal funds or which encroach within the State Right-of-Way
require Right-of-Way Certifications in order to receive
funds or to obtain Encroachment Permits.WHEREAS, a blanket authorization of
the Public Works Director/City Engineer or designee to certifY the Right -
of-Way requirements will streamline the process.NOW, THEREFORE, BE
IT RESOLVED that the Orange City Council authorizes the Public Works Director/City
Engineer or designee
to execute any necessary Right-of-Way
