1.1 CALL TO ORDER
Chair Mickelson-Weilmuenster called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
1.2 ROLL CALL

2.APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of meeting minutes of the CDBG Program Committee of the City of
Orange for the October 14, 2020 Regular Meeting.
Committee Member Perez experienced some technical difficulties and did not
participate in the vote. She rejoined the meeting at 6:17 p.m.
A motion was made by Committee Member Rico, seconded by Committee Member
Manning, to approve the minutes as presented.

3.REVIEW OF THE FY 2021-22 CDBG GRANT APPLICATIONS
The Committee members reviewed the applications, asking questions of staff and
applicants.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
The next Regular meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via
various teleconference locations.
