Jensen declaring posting of City Council Agenda of an adjourned regular meeting of April 1, 1992, at Orange Civic Center,Main Library, Police Facility at 1107 N. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT 6.1 PRESENT - PLANNING COMMISSION - Cathcart, Bosch, Scott ABSENT - Masters, Murphy 6.2 The Joint Work Study Session with the Planning Commission to review the proposed comprehensive zoning ordinance with focus on Commercial Districts was presented. Problems in Commercial Districts which have Residential Districts directly behind, such as Shangrila, Ozzies on Katella, were discussed.The general consensus agreed to eliminate the CP Zone; the CTR zone was favored to change to C1 with a Conditional Use Permit required.7.
