A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE FIN ALL Y ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION
OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC WORK AND IMPROVEMENT;
BID NO. 990-33; RECOATING OF THE EXTERIOR
OF RESERVOIR NO'S 2A, 4, 6, AND EAST
COLLINS
RESERVOIR ROBISON-
PREZIOSO, INC WHEREAS, Robison-Prezioso, Inc. having a contract with the City
of Orange to construct the hereinafter described public work and improvement, has
now completed the work to the satisfaction of the City
of Orange; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange Public Works Department has
duly certified to the construction and completion of said public improvement
hereinafter more particularly described in accordance with the provisions of the contract and
the
contract documents;and WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion and Acceptance of said
public work and improvement should be filed and payment of the balatlce due said
contractor authorized in accordance with
the contract documents;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Orange that said public work and improvement be, and the same is
hereby accepted. Said publk work and improvement is more particularly
described as follows:Recoating of the Exteriorof Reservoir No.'s 2A, 4, 6, and
East Collins Reservoir BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and file a Notice of Completion and Acceptance
of said public works and improvement described herein as
required by law.ADOPTED this 9th day
