A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING THE ANNUAL
REPORT OF THE ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
ITS TRANSMITTAL TO THE CONTROLLER OF
THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.WHEREAS, the Orange Redevelopment Agency (hereinafter referred to as the
Agency)was duly activated by ordinance and is carrying out its official functions pursuant to
the Commwlity Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et ~.);
and WHEREAS, the Agency is required to present an Annual Report to the City
Council within six (6) months of the end of the Agency's fiscal year and the City Council is required
to review the Annual Report and take any action which it deems appropriate;
and IVHEREAS, the Agency has prepared and transmitted to the City Council its
Annual Report fot the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2001 and ending June 30, 2002, in the
form presented at this meeting and incorporated herein by reference (the Annual Report), and
has requested the City Council review and approve the Annual Report and authorize and direct
the Agency to file it with the Controller of the State of California within six months of the end of
the Agency's fiscal year;
and NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Orange does hereby resolve
as
follows:1. The City Council acknowledges receipt of the Annual Report and
has reviewed it. The Annual Report for said tiscal year is hereby approved
as
submitted.2. The Agency is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Annual Report with the Controller of the State of
California.ASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December,
