RES-9646 Lot Line Adjustment Approval LL-2002-04RESOLUTION NO. 9646 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVJNG LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 2002-04 ADJUSTING LOT LINES OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED AT 1001 E. LINCOLN AVENUE,ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS 360-375-4 &12, 360-382-20, IN THE CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OJ' ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Box 3136, Orange, CA WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of th" Subdi/ision \1ap Act mukes prO\ isions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land talcen from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created; and WHEREAS, the City Council has enactedOrange Municipal Code Sections 16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for the approval of said lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department and the Staff Review Committee have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 2002-04 and have made a finding that the real property situated at 1001 E. Lincoln Avenue, described as Parcels I and 2 in Exhibit A attached hereto and graphically depict.ed on the map attached hereto as Exhibit B, complies with the provisions of the C~]ifC)rnia Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City of Orange ordinances and regulations, including the r.~quirements for building sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Public Works Department and 'he Staff Review Committee have made the ft)llowing findings:I. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Map Act;2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been met;3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements ofthe NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby concurs in the above findings; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 2002-04, as shown on Exhibits A and B to this Resolution, be approved,and a deed establishing title in conformity with said parcel be executed; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that th" City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder.ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2002.I! 1 u- lUt .Mark A.
