A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE FIXING THE DAYS AND TIMES
FOR MEETINGS OF THE DESIGN REVIEW
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the dales and times for the regular
meetings of the Design Review Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Orange as follows:
Section I. The Design Review Committee shall meet in regular session on the
first and third Wednesdays of each month and shall convene at the hour of 5:30 p.m. If any
regular meeting date should fall on a holiday, the same, day in the following week shall be
designated as the meeting day. Special meetings may be called by the chairman or a majority
of the members of the Design Review Committee.
Section 2. Be it further resolved that this Resolution shall become operative upon
the effective date of Ordinance No. 11-
02.THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Orange this 13th day of August,
