A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE FIXING THE TIMES AND
DATES FOR MEETINGS OF THE PARK PLANNING
AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND THE
TRAFFIC COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the dates and times for the regular
meetings of the Park Planning and Development Commission and the Traffic Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Orange as follows:
Section 1. The Park Planning and Development Commission shall meet in regular
session on the second Thursday of each month and shall convene at the hour of 5:30 p.m. If
any regular meeting date should fall on a holiday, the same day in the following week shall be
designated as the meeting day. Special meetings may be called by the chairman or a majority
of the Park Planning and Development Commission.
Section 2. The Traffic Commission shall meet in regular session on the second
Wednesday of each month and shall convene at the hom of 5 :30 p.m. If any regular meeting
date should fall on a holiday, the same day in the following week shall be designated as the
meeting day. Special meetings may be called by the chairman or a majority of the Traffic
Commission.
Section 3. Be it further resolved that this Resolution shall become operative upon
the effective date of Ordinance No. 10-
02.THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Orange this 23rd day of July,
